There is a house up on the ridge that we were peeking at last winter because it looked dilapidated and abandoned and K&R from Minnesota were looking to buy in the neighborhood. I only wash my hairs about once a week now and keep it in a top knot all the rest of the days so that I don't have to deal with it. I woke up at 4 am this morning and so decided to do the whole hair washing routine, which takes a while to detangle and then do a deep condition. We could Limo it from JFK to the Hamptons like rock stars and then get a car or two to rent locally for the week. I was surprised how affordable it could be and split between 4-5 ladies, well that could work even better. My Mom called me yesterday morning to say that the Duck Confit dinner with Parsnip, Carrot and Potato Mash I had prepped for them before I departed was SO GOOD! I bought the duck at Costco, it comes in two Half Duck pieces along with Orange sauce which she said was so good on both the duck and the mash. I'm hoping she likes PB enough to become a regular player on Sundays because I'm planning to play with the Sunday Semi Elites on a regular basis. She is the Young Chiropractor's wife, he had played with us once or twice before. She is also playing pickle ball with us today at 6:30 am as a fourth player.
